Please send me your requirements for the apprenticeship position, as well as the support you can offer candidates. We will analyze this information and help you make it more attractive. Based on your requirements, we will then find suitable candidates who meet your needs.

Preselection & Interviews
All candidates go through our professional online application process. You decide which candidates you would like to invite for interviews, with an interpreter available if desired.

Decision & Pre-internship
You decide which applicants will receive an apprenticeship contract with you. The applicants will participate in a two-week internship to gain basic knowledge.

Visa & Relocation Service:
We support you upon arrival and help you with finding accommodation, linguistic and cultural integration, and dealing with official matters.
Candidate profiles
We have a large network of candidates. Our candidates will meet the following criteria.
- Age: between 18 and 30
- School leaving certificate: the minimum requirement is a qualification equivalent to a secondary school leaving certificate.
- Language skills: German at least at B1 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (in addition, English skills are required)
- High willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays
- High willingness to learn, strong self-motivation, polite and courteous behavior
- (Optional) With prior internship or professional experience or a professional qualification in Vietnam

Frequently Asked Questions
We understand that the decision to hire staff from abroad is always difficult. Like any other company, you undoubtedly have many questions. We have compiled frequently asked questions for your convenience.
As mentioned previously, we do not charge placement fees. We generate revenue through language courses and soft skills training, and we also charge a small placement fee from candidates, which is legal in Vietnam. However, we are also responsible for the candidates if their contract is terminated, and we will help them find new employment.
In this case, we will have other options for you if you wish to continue working together. We will also help the current candidate find another apprenticeship.
If you live in a city with 30,000 inhabitants or more, we will assist the candidate in finding accommodation through our network of students and Vietnamese people there. If you live approximately 40 minutes away from these cities by public transport, we will also search for accommodation nearby. We hope you will support the candidate with travel expenses.
In the event of a dispute between your company and the candidate, we will send a representative to the site to provide support. Alternatively, you can contact your designated representative directly to find a solution. Each client has a dedicated contact person whom you can reach by phone, email, or WhatsApp; we will respond within a maximum of 24 hours.
We will hire according to your requirements, assist you in preparing the contract documents, support candidates with their visa applications, find accommodation (if possible), pick up the trainees at the airport, register their residence, open a bank account, register for health insurance, and apply for the extension of the work permit.
