Analysis of qualification profiles and preparation of application documents

We will analyze your qualifications and personality to determine the most suitable career path for you. We will then help you create impressive application materials for employers. At the same time, we will help you develop your soft skills.

02 Matching and interview

Based on your needs and the analyzed qualifications, we will connect you with a suitable company. We will arrange an online interview with the company for you.

Visa application

If you are offered a suitable position, we will prepare your visa application documents. These documents include the company's training contract and proof of an advanced German course.

04 Entry and start of training

When you arrive at the airport, one of our team members will meet you and take you to your training location. There, we will inform you about the necessary formalities so that you can concentrate on your training.

Requirements

What you should bring

Age: between 18 and 30
School leaving certificate: the minimum requirement is a qualification equivalent to a secondary school leaving certificate.
Language skills: German at least at B1 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (in addition, English skills are required)
High willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays
High willingness to learn, strong self-motivation, polite and courteous behavior
(Optional) With prior internship or professional experience or a professional qualification in Vietnam
